What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges may vary based on the seller, product, and delivery location.
Some sellers may apply a small shipping fee, especially for lower-priced items, to help offset logistics costs. You’ll see the exact delivery charges (if any) in your order summary before you complete your purchase.
Why doesn’t the delivery date match the X–Y business day estimate?
Delivery timelines are based on business days and may be adjusted for holidays or weekends. If your order is placed just before a public holiday or a Sunday (when some sellers or courier partners don’t operate), a day or two may be added to your estimated delivery date.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Most sellers ship items within the timeframe shown on the product page. Estimated delivery time depends on:
- The seller’s location
- Product availability
- Your delivery address
- Courier service timelines in your region
Please note: business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, etc.)?
Absolutely not. The price you see on the product page is the final price — no hidden charges, no surprises.
Delivery charges (if applicable) are shown clearly at checkout and are based on the seller’s shipping policy.
Why does delivery time vary between sellers?
Delivery times may differ due to:
- Product availability
- Seller’s location
- Your delivery pincode
- Courier partner timelines
To get the most accurate delivery estimate, enter your pincode on the product page — we’ll remember it for future visits.
Why can’t a product be shipped to my area?
This may happen due to one or more of the following:
- The seller doesn’t currently ship to your location
- Legal restrictions on the item in your area
- Limited courier coverage in certain regions
To check if a product can be delivered to you, simply enter your pincode on the product page or during checkout.
Why is Cash on Delivery (CoD) not available for my location?
CoD availability depends on the courier partner’s policies and the value of your order. If CoD isn’t offered, it could be due to:
- Courier service restrictions in your area
- Order value exceeding the CoD limit for your location
You can always check CoD availability by entering your pincode on the product page.
Need to return an item?
Returns are easy with PurseCraft! Just contact us to initiate a return request. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the process.
Where possible, we’ll arrange a pickup for you. If pickup isn’t available, you may be asked to ship the product back using a courier service — return shipping fees will be covered by the seller.
Received a delivery confirmation, but no order?
If you received an SMS or email confirming delivery but haven’t actually received your order, please report the issue within 7 days of the confirmation so we can investigate promptly.

- In Stock: Ready to ship! Estimated delivery time depends on your location.
- Available: The seller will source this product once you place the order. Delivery timelines may vary.
- Preorder / Forthcoming: Coming soon! Order now, and we’ll ship it as soon as it’s officially released.
- Out of Stock: Temporarily unavailable. Click “Notify Me” to get an alert when it’s back.
- Back in Stock Soon: High demand item! Pre-book now and we’ll ship it once available.
- Temporarily Unavailable: Currently out of stock. Check back soon or sign up for restock alerts.
- Permanently Discontinued: This product is no longer available and will not be restocked.
- Out of Print: This item is no longer being produced or published.
Does PurseCraft ship internationally?
Yes! You can shop from anywhere in the world. We accept all major international credit and debit cards.
